The belt clip broke after a week due to a bad design. Would not buy this product again.

I had high hopes for this, however, like another reviewer the "stand" part of the clip broke at the hinge after just a couple days. Having purchased this through another source, I contacted them and was directed to another vendor who had a bad email address. I again contacted the original merchant (Buy.com) and they refunded my purchase price. I really wanted this stand/clip to work, it was everything that I wanted. Maybe if they used metal in the clip/stand instead of plastic. I will continue to use the belt clip and secondary stand until I can find something else that is "more perfect". I am drawn to the "Iceclip" case by Macally, but am scared by my history with their product.

well, when i 1st got this i was very pleased with it. As it was exactly what i am looking for, an open face protective case with a swivel clip & viewing stand. unfortunately the thrill was short lived as the hinges are secured by frail plastic that in just a few weeks broke. I thought it may be a fluke.....or maybe it was my fault, so i got another one. The second unit broke in exactly the same way. So, i would avoid this product. As it will, in a matter of days/weeks....if your lucky a few months.....break and break again. Untill you are left with a cold naked iphone.

This is just what the doctor ordered for watching a movie on a plane. You can set the viewing angle to two different positions, set this on the tray table, and whaw-la!

While the iPhone fits sufficiently snug in this holder, I'm not sure if I would use this as a belt-holster. The only complaint I have is one of the two hindges broke off so durability is questionable. With only one hindge it still serves my purpose on the plane; however, it's only a matter of time before that breaks.

Even with that being said I purchased a second one b/c I like it so much.

I ordered this from Amazon and within 5 minutes determined that this wasn't going to work. The belt clip seems fine; the problem is with the plastic that holds the iphone. The iphone doesn't feel secure at all. I even wiggled it a bit to see if it would pop out without pushing the release levers. It did. No thank you, I don't want my iphone falling to the floor. I'll look somewhere else.

I have purchased 3 of these hoping each time that the previous one was just a fluke that the clip breaks off. Not the case. Each time the little plastic pieces holding in the pins cracks off rendering the clip useless. Also, once the adjustable stand is used, it is constantly popping out of place even when you don't want to use it making it awkward to use the clip.

It's too bad, but I wouldn't waste your money on this product. It isn't well made.

Excellent belt clip and stand. Very happy with it. Horizontal mount at four corners are very secure and unobtrusive. The stand is useful for watching videos and eBooks. Previously used a shock-resistant cage and rubber case but due to the friction from the rubber case, I kept accidentally knocking my iPhone to the floor (five times).

This is by far the best value for the money!! Yes, it is true, if you drop it numerous times, it will break....but whose fault is that? (Won't break the first time, but I have found on the third or fourth drop you can say 'good-bye'.) I love how it easily & quickly attaches to my purse or belt. Love the swivel clip so I can place it on my desk for easy viewing...love the 'camera port' for taking quick pics...love the overall durability of the product. I have purchased others and this is by far, THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!! Buy...don't drop...and enjoy!! **I have purchased two of these thus far...they have each lasted about 6 months...I am purchasing two+ this time...just to have a spare or two. LOVE 'EM!

I bought this product direct from the company's website. Not only did they not contact me about an availability issue until I attempted to get a tracking number from them, they refused to issue a refund when I asked for one - waiting ten days to respond then saying they've shipped the items and issued a refund for this item. Upon finally receiving the box with other items I was pleasantly surprised to see this item included in the box! I popped it on and it looked alright, the stand is nice... BUT, the next day I was getting into my car and had it clipped to my belt, it hit the side as I sat in and voila - the clip broke off!! much like other reviews I've read here... Cheap crap imo. Do not buy.
