Doesn't block adjacent AC outlets, and it even accepts common AC power cords!
The narrow configuration of the AC adapter allows it to fit neatly between other plugs, even on a power strip. Other adapters block adjacent outlets but this one doesn't. mp3 charger
This did not work with or for my sansa 8gb clip and was returned. The 110 volt charge light would not come on nor did it charge the clip. The 12 volt charger did work. I subquently orderd the Durable Flexible Blue Silicone Skin Case + Car + Home Travel Charger For SanDisk Sansa Clip by iKross which works fine for a fraction of the cost.

Other adapters block adjacent outlets but this one doesn't.Instead of using one of the included wall-plug accessories, you can also attach a common universal-type power cord (like this Universal Power Cable. I already had spare cords, so I appreciate this extra flexibility. Contrary to the item's title it does not include a USB cable. It'll recharge any brand of USB appliance (not just iPod) but you'll need to supply your own cord.

I got this to use with my Sansa Clip so I could charge it without having to have it connect to my computer. It works great!

This charger is pervect for my cell phone - I keep it in my brief case for use when traveling - it makes it simple to charge my phone from a car when I am using the nav (Garmin software) or in the hotel room overnight.

Male plug too large,

The male portion of the USB cable, the part that plugs into the iPhone, is larger than the standard Apple plug. As a result, it doesn't fit through the opening provided in cases made for the iPhone. I had to take an exacto knife and trim the plug down so I could get a pretty dependable fit. It is still not perfect ... I occasionally get an error message from iTunes which can usually be remedied by unplugging and replugging a few times. Still, not a dependable connection. This morning, after being plugged in all night, I awoke to an uncharged iPhone. And that is even after trimming the plug.
