Tight fit for the iPod,

This would be probably be best for a mini. It was just too tight for the color screen iPod. After working hard to squeeze it in, I had to pull it back out to make any selections on the iPod. It looks good and fits well but it's just not 'user-friendly'.

I am so glad to receive a product that does exactly what the manufacturer claims . I have a 120GB Video i-pod and this baby fits like a glove . Easy access to be able to retrieve the pod if you want to make listening changes on the fly . The fit around your waist is secure and solid and compact . The nice feature of the clear plastic face cover lets you actually make song changes without taking the i-pod out of the case . The construction materials are very substantial neoprene . I am sure I'll get years of service out of this one , a refreshing surprise these days . Hats off to the Macally folks !

This is a great belt that is super comfortable and fits a variety of things (I've put my Blackberry, iPhone, iPod and even my new Droid in it at various times. My only issue was that on one of my main runs last year one of the plastic pieces broke off so it wouldn't stay tight...I just tied it in a knot and have kept using it (I have run a few hundred miles with this thing). I also like that it has an extra little zipper pocket on the back for keys, pills, or whatever.

Best I've found on Amazon. I tried the Tune Belt (link below), and my phone rocketed out of the holder on my valuted snow pile landing.
Tune Belt Sport Belt for iPhone and More (Fits iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G, 2G & 1G; Blackberry Bold, Curve, Storm & Tour; Nokia N97; Palm Pre and many more) The only design flaw with this on is that the plastic window makes it somewhat difficult to insert and remove the phone. I personally keep the payload in the small of my back and have no need for a viewing window, so I say take it out altogether. --Scott

This product works perfectly for vacations or long runs. I can fit several items (phone, keys, money, etc.) into the pouch without it feeling bulky or heavy. I've even used it in a half-marathon to hold my gels and supplements. It worked great!

this is much better than the armstrap ipod holders, which never stay on my bulky arms and slip down. The first time I wore this product I wore it with the case to my back, to keep the headphones out of the way of my arms when running. as far as keeping it out of the way it did a great job, but it was so far out of the way you had to take it out if you wanted to change the song or adjust the volume, so I suggest you have a playlist of running songs that is as long or longer than desired run. BTW the hole they provide to loop the headphones thru , if you will be taking it out to change songs dont use that hole, it is just annoying.

This is a very good case for and ipod video, it fits properly with some space left. Don't buy it for an ipod nano... it's too big for it, it's just the right fit for the ipod video. I can even insert my ipod in its rubber case. It comes with a couple of zipper pockets that you can use to store the headphones after use or to carry some money and keys while working out

Macally Waist Bad Carrying Case,

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort with this product. As a big guy, I was a bit concerned that I would feel constrained while working out with this product, but that was not the case at all. I have a 60 GB Ipod, and it fit quite comfortably, and the band stretches to work with your body's motion. Overall, I would recomend this product over the armband variety.

I had to poke a tiny hole in the neoprene for the iPhone earphone jack since its location is different than the iPod's. But otherwise my iPhone, which is in a plastic case, fits snug and well. It is true that when cinched snug around your waist you can't even feel this while running. As mentioned, my iPhone is in a plastic case, so the touchscreen doesn't always activate through this carrier's clear plastic cover, but it works most of the time.
