Suffers only in comparison,

This is a fine reading of the play but not the one of choice only because the Harper Audio version is a far more poetic reading with Anthony Quayle's magnificently doomed reading of Macbeth. Also I am not too sure the use of Scottish accents helps in any way. You might argue it more "authentic"; but how authentic is it to speak in iambic pentameter? I own both versions and will switch between them. But my desert island choice would be the one with Quayle.
