no need for charger
just use regular batteries if you don't have/want to buy a charger. no need to pay extra for a charger for those of us that already have one. description implies it comes without a charger: it says batteries can be charged with standard charger...

Can't use it out of the box,

For $100 they don't even include the battery charger thats required to use the thing. I waited a week eagerly to get this breadboard setup kit only to find out I had to drop another $25 to get a battery charger in order to do any projects.
