Ridiculous "Censored" version of the movie.... AGAIN!, February 16, 2005
DONT BUY IT! I really wish someday Mexican film distributors would stop releasing censored versions of their films but sadly, I don't think they know any better. This is a SEX COMEDY yet most the good parts (if you will) are removed by censors, yet again. Why do people destroy their own films on DVD when the entire point of the format is to do the opposite!? I will never understand how this happens so often with Mexican DVDs. Don't buy this if you want to see it the way it supposed to be seen.. rent the VHS instead.

MexCinema VHS version is UNCUT (no pun intended), August 4, 2011
This review is from: El Macho Bionico [VHS] (VHS Tape)
As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the DVD of this title is CENSORED, missing about 8 minutes of footage, if the 95-minute running time is accurate. The MexCinema Video Corp. VHS cassette, by contrast, runs nearly a 103-minutes and (based on the copious full frontal female nudity and boundary-pushing sexual situations on display) is clearly UNCUT and uncensored.
Basically what we have here is a sex comedy/spoof that makes more then-current U.S. pop culture references ("Jaws," James Bond, "2001," "The Exorcist," 'The Incredible Hulk,' etc.) than the average episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000. I'm sure that if my Spanish were better, I would have picked up even more of them.
Andres Garcia plays a 007-esque super-spy (? I think?) who beds women by the dozens, all the while assisted and accompanied by his flamingly gay butler/sidekick (shamelessly played as a complete twink by Roberto 'Flaco' Guzman).
But then Garcia gets into an accident and, as a result, loses his, uh...er, tool. Thus the bionic replacement, which unfortunately malfunctions - except in the presence of the woman who will become his true love, curvaceous Isela Vega. It all ends with Isela in a fur coat (and nothing else) in a monastery where Garcia is flagellating himself. And I'll leave it at that...

Not very funny and a bit boring., March 23, 2011
The topic of the movie is mainly the sexual organ of this guy being replace for a Bionic one, but he still can't get aroused,.the idea was not that bad, but the editing takes away most of the best and real erotic parts,.Andres Garcia looks good, too bad he made this real bad movie,.the sound is also bad.
