I love these! I had originally purchased ones for women but upon trying to use them discovered that they were too large for me. Thankfully my husband found these on Amazon for me and I have been a happy...sleeping camper ever since! They are great..block out just enough sound for a peaceful nights sleep but not so much that you feel you will miss some emergency if it happens. Great product!

i've tried many different brands of earplugs and i never found one that was small enough to fit my tiny ear. (i have the same problem with ear buds for my iphone!) all the ones i've tried before caused my ear to be a little sore, and each morning either one or both of them were no longer in my ear, but somewhere in my bed. i was skeptical that these were as small as i was hoping they were, but the first night i used them they were so comfortable and they stayed in all night long!! i love these. will reorder.

I must have the smallest, most sensitive ear canals of any adult out there because I have had fits trying to find ear plugs that I can wear without pain.

I recently spent a week in the hospital and I knew that the only prayer I had of getting any sleep in that environment was if I wore earplugs. I was willing to endure the pain in the interest of peace.

Well, these work just fine! I'm wearing them now that I'm at home and I'm sleeping through my husband's snoring!

I dropped them by one star because they aren't the best for deadening sound. I'd say that you get about 85% of the noises blocked. I know that other plugs are better.

But if you've got the tiny, sensitive ear canals like I do, give them a try.

I love these things. I have small ears and it seems all the other brands I tried were to big and ended up causing me a lot of pain. These fit in just perfectly and I wake up rested because I cant hear cars or other loud noises and no pain. Plus the little travel container is really handy so I can keep track of them.

Excellent product which muffled my husband's loud snoring, thus allowing a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend these ear plugs.

Foam earplugs are great if you follow the directions for properly inserting them. The problem is, most people don't follow directions and unfairly end up giving products bad ratings. Read the directions and use them exactly according to directions. If they continue to fall out, you aren't carefully following the directions. I guarantee it! I've seen it happen a thousand times.

Even though I bought the slim fit, they eased right out of my ears a few minutes after I put them in. :(
