I wouldn't use this to sleep in cause it's not very comfortable and can be very distracting(which isn't good if you're trying to sleep)..Also the elastic band isn't comfortable at all. If you want one to sleep in better get one made of silk or a softer material than this one..

If you need a blindfold and not a sleep mask than this may do, but not for a sleep mask..

It works but it doesn't feel quite comfortable. I would add several dollars more next time to buy a softer one.

I did'nt like this product at all.Going by the description of the manufacturer I had hopes but was disappointed.The mask is uncomfortable to begin with and gets more uncomfortable after a while cos the straps start digging in.The 'adjustable' elastic straps dont have much room for adjustment.

I also found this product uncomfortable. It's inelastic and feels too firm against your face.

This mask works really well. My husband stays up later than I do and the glare from the computer used to keep me awake. This blocks out all of the intrusive light. It's comfortable to wear once you adjust it properly. It may take a couple of nights to get it to fit like you want it.

I'm not sure why the other reviewers are calling this uncomfortable, this is perfect at least for me. And the fact that you can adjust it is a plus. Soft enough and completely pitch dark, love it!

This is the only inexpensive mask I've found that a) blocks out ALL light, b) has TWO adjustable straps (with bra-like adjustors) so it actually fits and feels comfortable. I'm an insomniac and have been through MANY sleep masks. This is the best!

I feel very comfortable with the product. It totally blocks sunshine. I like it.

I disagree with the other review here-I found this mask to be quite comfortable. In fact, I hate taking it off in the morning so much that I leave it on for as long as possible (during my shower, while I get dressed, etc.). I even bring it to work on casual Fridays-a girl came by my cubicle last week and told me it looked good too (I'm not sure if she was good looking, as I was wearing the mask during our conversation and also had in earplugs so I couldn't hear her voice). That said, I still wouldn't recommend wearing this mask while 1) Driving, 2) cooking, or 3) grooming your pet.
