As far as textbooks go, this one is pretty well written. The language is clear, which leads to a better learning experience.

I've read a couple chapters thus far and, as far as I can tell, the author does a good job of conveying the subject. Many of the topics are related to recent event, which gives good examples.

I had a macroeconomics course and we used this book. However I think there was more information in the paper copy then the internet copy. It helped me out a lot in my course. The book was just as described and it was shipped quickly.

I am a student who has just started college, my roommate convinced me to use amazon.com for books instead of buy them from the books store at my school. This is the first book that I have purchased for any class and it is in beautiful shape, and is in far better shape than those of my class mates. I have also saved upwards of $50 on this book, which is huge. I intend on doing alot more purchases this way.

I may be mistaken, but this book seems very biased towards certain political views. I am not sure his theories are 100% thought through- his basis of models could be misleading.

He certainly does help give an understanding of macroeconomic principles. I think it would be a lot better without being so critical of the government and certain political viewpoints. I am in college to learn- NOT to be brainwashed. I would recommend another macroeconomics book for your courses.

I didnt get the aplia code with this book ... software CD is missing.. WHY?
