Great shape and even better price. The book arrived quicker than I expected, giving me plenty of time before class started.

Not a good book to learn macro,

This book was required for my macroeconomics class. I found it to be boring, dense, and without any flow. The book just throws too much information at you all at once and I found that to make the book very confusing. Macro is not exactly easy and you need to understand the graphs and numbers and this book makes that very frustrating. I only did well in the class because the professor only tested us on class discussions and not specifics from the reading. Macroeconomics can be interesting but this book won't help you realize that. Unfortunately, I am done with my study of economics so I can't recommend anything else. All I can say is to search for another book. Also, for such a small book, I don't know why it is so expensive.

My experience was awesome and I will definitely use them again. My shipment arrived ahead of time. My daughter was able to have her book in enough time for class. Plus they had the cheapest prices.

This is a used book. It is in a low price compared to other textbooks I got no matter new or old. And the big surprise is it came with the orginal code for internet connet. The book is pretty new, too.

Horrible Textbook,
By
This review is from: Macroeconomics (9th Edition) (Paperback)
This textbook is possibly the worst one I ever used. There's little organization and the author just throws most of the information at you. It actually feels like reading a boring newspaper because the text is laid out all in columns. They really seem to have rushed the basis of economics and immediately jumps into macroeconomics. That's reasonably since it is a textbook for macroeconomics but it makes it a more difficult to understand macroeconomics.
I've taken microeconomics and gotten an A- because we used Mankiw's textbook. Now that textbook structures all topics progressively and explains everything clearly with really good examples. I highly recommend Mankiw's Principle of Macroeconomics textbook. But probably, you'll be buying this textbook because your professor requires you too.

Made me loose all interest in economics!,
This review is from: Macroeconomics (9th Edition) (Paperback)
I absolutely hated this textbook. It is very frustrating trying to take in all of the information at once that this book throws at you. I'm the kind of guy that likes books that read like textbooks and often find it offensive when people say that, but this book redefines "It reads like a textbook". I had to purchase this for my ECON 101 class and i wish i did nit waste my money on this. Nothing is clearly explained, the graphs are a nightmare to comprehend, and now i'm dreading having to take economics ever again! It is not good for someone starting out in economics.
