I'm not sure how much I like the book that corresponds with this study guide, but the study guide has proven useful in my MacroEconomics class, so far. I like the practice tests, supplemented with solutions and explanations of the solutions. I found the practice multiple-choice test to be the most useful, and in general, the chapter summary is also a good help. Overall, it is a very thorough study aid, and offers some decent tips and hints for tests. I didn't really enjoy some of the format of the more comprehensive, short-answer problems, but that may be due to personal preference or how my professor's teaching style differs.

This book is really good and much better than the textbook. The textbook contains stories and real world examples which sometimes get in the way of cramming for a test and some people might simply find it a waste of time. However, this book includes many graphs and the practice problems as well as the solutions that accompany them are in-depth. One could solely use this in order to study and not be at a disadvantage. For example, for aggregate demand: it goes over what both a positive demand and negative demand shock would look like, has graphs for both, and explains how the government should act. It also defines all the important words at the end of each chapter.

Great summaries of the chapters, but it could use more example problems with step-by-step solutions. This is a great supplement to the homework, but not a replacement.

I had a macroeconomics course and we used this book. However I think there was more information in the paper copy then the internet copy. It helped me out a lot in my course. The book was just as described and it was shipped quickly.
