I find this Macroeconomics textbook to be good but not astonishingly engaging. The introduction would have you believe they use innovative and relavent exmples and such to draw the students in and engage them in learning. While it does use good and relavent exmples, I find it to be much like any other text book I've ever read, and not particlarly a "stand out" in any way. I have found that the important terms highlighted and defined in the margins is a key and most helpful aspectt to this textbook. The explanations it provides are easy to underestand and explained in ways that make a fairly straightforward task of learning about Macroeconomics. It is organized in a logical format and graphs, charts, diagrams, and pictures are used well to illustrate points. I found it slightly annoying that most of the charts you were supposed to be refering to would be on the next page, but that was a small inconvieniene. For someone looking for a practical, informative, and well-formated text with which to learn Macroeconomics, this is the book for you. For someone looking for an engaging and innovative book the introduction makes this text out to be, this book will be a dissapointment for you.
