Great primary resource on MACV-SOG history.
This is a very informative publication covering the first few years of SOG's operational history in Vietnam. A great resource for scholars and historians alike.

Command Histories - like reading a log book
If you want a command structure history this is it. It wasn't what I was expecting, as far as what it is- it is a good book.
