I bought this mp3 player about a week ago. I have fallen in love! It's nothing spectacular - but what do you expect for such a low price? I was able to fit 51 songs in mp3 format on the 256mb player (and around 120 in wma format), which is plenty for me since I only need the player when I'm working out or walking around campus. In wma format, I can listen to 8.5 hours of music without interruption. I will admit that the controls and menu are a little confusing at first and it takes some getting used to, but if you read the manual, you should be good to go. The player uses a drop-and-drag feature for uploading songs, which is so easy that my six year old nephew can do it! I read other reviews where people claimed their player came defective or crapped out within a month. I can't speak for them since I've only had mine a week, but I bought it with the assumption that when I have more money, I will buy a player from a more well known and respected company. If you're just looking for a simple, basic mp3 player to hold a few hours' worth of songs, this is it! As for size, it is comparable to a standard Bic lighter. Very small! Sound quality and battery life are both EXCELLENT! It comes with earphones attached to a neckband, which you can then attach to your player. The player is so small that you can just wear it around your neck when you go for a jog. Personally, the earbuds make my ears hurt so I attached a different pair of headphones and put the player on a ponytail holder, so I just wear it around my wrist. I love it!

As a mom on the go, its nice to have something that takes care of several things. It has nice playback features. The radio is better than expected.

Its also nice to be able to record ideas when I'm out exercising. You know - something comes to you that you need to remember to do? Well, now I can record several short memos and play them back when I'm home. Those files can then be dragged to your computer and played like any music file.

Finally, the flash drive capabilites are nice, just wish it had a direct USB connection. But, its not a big deal, most places I'll use it have transfer cords handy (its the same cord that many cameras use).

This Mp3 player really impresses me. It is quite simple to add songs to from any computer. The battery life is good. The sound quality is good too . This thing rocks for its price!

Like most people who would purchase this product, I wrote of the negative reviews to high maintenance people who simply had a bad experience with low-end customer support. Ultimately, it was the product itself that was below acceptable standard in my situation. Used the player for 2 days at which time the LCD screen died....music would still play, but still nothing on the LCD. Decent features and price....but definitely not worth the trouble when you can get a SanDisk for an extra 30 dollars. If you are going to risk it, go with Amazon....great return policy and you dont have to deal with the subpar Macvision support staff you've read about in other reviews.

the mp3 player works fine. the only problem i faced was that it should have a auto turn off if the mp3 player is left playing for some time. also, the usb connector cable provided with the mp3 player was not working so i had to get another one from the market. i would prefer a mp3 player which directly connects to the usb port & not through a usb connector cable. over all, i would give it 1 star out of 5.

If you are anticipating an iPod-like experience definitely stay away from these players. This product has a toggle switch for navigating through music menus but after only a week of use the switch often gets stuck - sending you continually through the music list.

The FM receiver is decent, and nice to have, but the hard-to-navigate interface and "cheapness" of the product means it should be skipped for an even slightly more expensive product.

This is a good MP3 player for the price. I bought this for my little cousin. The menu is little complicated for kids. Not so user freindly. They have to get used to it. Other than that, every thing is good. Sound, features etc. are all nice.

Holds 4 hrs of music, great sound, easy to use all for a low price. Shipping really fast and I am thinking about getting one for my grandson.

This little MP3 player holds enough music to play for at least 2 hours before hitting a repeat. Plays for many hours on one AAA battery - doesn't eat them up like other portable audio products. I purchased a pair of different headphones (under $10) as the ear bud headphones absolutely will not stay in. Price is great; Function is great; Durability could use a little work. Apparently there are more functions than I'm using, but the player feels very light and cheaply made. I don't want to push the buttons a lot in fear of breaking it. The hold button just fell off about 3 weeks after I received it; I use it about 5 hours or so a week. It wouldn't go back on, I managed to remove the 'hold' with a pen tip. All in all, considering the prices of other players, the sound quality and amount of memory was perfect at this price for someone like me. If you intend to have a player going constantly, I think you'd want to move up a bit.

I bought this MP3 player three months ago, I never managed to connect it to any of my 3 computers (one running XP SP1 and two running Win2K SP4).

After countless emails sent to macvision, I finally got an answer saying that I should download the driver, but the manual says that there is no need of driver for XP or win2k??

After countless tries to call their 1800 I finally managed to get hold of someone, who was nice to me, but didn't solve the problem.

He asked me to send the player to him and he would send me a new one. For more than a month now I haven't heard from anybody and haven't got a new player.

I've sent several emails and left several voice messages, no replies.

I've lost hopes of ever seeing this MP3 player again.

Stay away from this company, pay a little bit more and buy from someone who is serious. They are not.
