I don't know why people have had problems with loading music on the Macvision. This is my second one! I lost the first one :( I loved it and replaced as quickly as possible. This one is just as easy to use. Easy to follow manual, bright backlight for reading display, good sound, even good reception of FM radio. Why pay more for an iPod when this works just as well?

This product is very small and easy to use but the complexity of the buttons and the scroll on the side gets crazy when you want to get to the song you want fast. Also you have to go through the whole library to find one song instead of going to a specific album and finding it. The sound quality and over all satisfaction is there...its just a mp3 player...not a cure for cancer. lol

Nice sound, solid build, nice FM reception, good user interface, drag and drop music transfer straight from Explorer.

The encryption feature is almost useless because you need to have the utility and driver installed in every computer you connect the device.

The manual talks much about being able to update the firmware but their website is useless, can't even find the user's manual even though it is listed in the search.

Convert your mp3 to wma 96 and you can fit about twice as much with no perceptible sound difference on this player.

I bought this MP3 player mainly on price. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is true in this case. The controls are cheaply made and very difficult to navigate. There is a "mode" button on the side that you use to scroll through the functions.It sticks constantly making it hard to go to different areas. You're better off spending a little more for a good brand like Sandisk. I sent this back and got a Sandisk.

I don't understand why you sent me this items with a difference of weight, so I had to pay more that I expected.

If it hadn't died after just one day of use, it might have been OK, although far from great. The interface takes some figuring out and getting used to, but is not quite the nightmare other reviewers of MacVision players have complained about. The earbuds with the neck lanyard are impractical - looks and feels like wearing a cowbell. The thing is bulkier than you'd think. Gave me a good run on one battery though. Returning it and getting me a nano, what the heck.
