This figure is one of the more hilarious of the set. All these are made to look as if a kid was trying to put together a super hero costume. The Flash has yellow galoshes for boots, oven mits for gloves, ear muffs, and a sock hat. You need to see it up close to enjoy the details.

There is no date on the package so I really don't know when they came out.

So buy one now, these are going fast!!!! (Get it, Flash. Going fast.) LOL
