My wife has small hands and this made riding her 4x4 Honda a pleasure rather than a bad experience. Does the job very well for a minimal expense.

The thumb assist was easy to install. However, it did not make it any more comfortable to drive. We use our ATV to mow our lawn so we spend a lot of time holding the throttle in the same position which causes your thumb to get very sore. I thought that this item would help things. It did not. For some reason it curves downward away from the handle. It was harder to...

The thumb assist was easy to install. However, it did not make it any more comfortable to drive. I did not feel that the product helped at all and returned it for a refund.

I receved my items in agood condition and this is second time to orderd this product.I used the Mad Dog ATV Thumb Assist for my CANAM OUTLANDER800- 2010 and i recomaned this product for any ATVs because when you uose it you will feel more comfortable and defren.Thanks for Mad Dog ATV .

When i received this item, i was a little disappointed. The thing is made entirely of plastic, although it looks metal in the picture. I thought by paying extra i would be getting the highest quality, not a plastic piece of crap. That being said, I hooked it up and it worked perfectly. It really loosens up my throttle, making the ATV usable again. Im not sure it will hold up, but i like it so far.

Retired in 2005. Have arthritis in both thumbs. We are on our 3rd ATV the past 5 years. When I first started riding in 2005 I could hardly make it 15 minutes before my right thumb was killing me from the arthritis. Was led to this product from other ATV group members. Would never go back...this has been a godsend for our all day rides in the Rocky Mountains. Never have had an issue with the installation or staying on. This thumb assist is adjustable as well making it easy to use the thumb throttle of the ATV with the palm of my right thumb/hand...
