I have been using another similar product that cost over $100 for several years, but then discovered Mad Hippie. This product is more effective than the product I had been using that cost 3x more. It has a pleasant and light smell, feels amazing on the skin and brings results. If you have skin discoloration and are looking to curb wrinkles, I would definitely recommend it.

I like all the Mad Hippie products that I've tried but this Vitamin C Serum is, by far, my favorite. If I had to skimp on my skincare, this would be the last to go! I use it morning and night. I start by rubbing it under my eyes, then use any excess on the rest of my face. It helps with fine lines, but the reason I love it is how much it has helped the dark circles under my eyes (that I've had since I was a teen.) I'm not saying it has eliminated them completely in the few months that I have used it, but they are definitely better. I have tried many creams over the years. This is better than anything else I've used, and it makes me so much more confident in my own skin.

I love that the Mad Hippie line of products focuses on keeping it natural---I don't have to worry about any of their ingredients. Thanks!

I love this serum so much :) It has done wonders for my skin. I sometimes get adult acne and this product seems to actually prevent breakouts. The sun damage I have seems to be fading away, which is great as I thought nothing would help. I would recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin and sun damage

This stuff WORKS! I have been on a non-stop quest for the perfect (as can be) Vitamin C/Serum. I ran across this brand while reading a misc forum on the WWW and this one was recommend by a user and whatever she said stuck in my head so I track it down here on my favorite internet drugstore....AMAZON.

I have been using this less than 1 week and her is what I noticed: My skin felt softer, I had an acne scar on my cheek bc I am a "picker" and it is actually starting to fade (right before my very eyes), and my moisturizer seems to me doing a better job. Yes as a reviewer said it does have a snot-like consistency but it works! I have decided to change my thinking from snot to a silken consistency; much better association. And I have not had the problem of it becoming hard like egg whites if not followed immediately by moisturizer.

Misc Details: I use two drops AM/PM after I cleanse and tone. I found 3 to be too much. I let it almost dry then follow with my moisturizer and sunscreen if daytime. I have normal - dry skin, Med-Dark complexion, not may break outs. Between Normal-Dry my skin leans more towards dry.

If you have read this far GREAT! Here is what prompted this very impromptu review....I was just at the gym and my neighbor who has not seen me in a couple of weeks saw me and said: WOW what have you done to your skin? It looks great, it looks so hydrated (yes a man said HYDRATED)!!!

I have an arsenal of quality skin care products by First Aid Beauty but I believe this Mad Hippe C was the missing link.

Hope this helps and this was NOT a review in exchange for trying a free product. I paid....LOL.

I've been a loyal mad hippie customer for about 3 years. Recently I decided to venture off when reordering my vitamin c serum and got sucked into buying a different brand because of a copious amount of positive reviews and it claiming theirs was 'the best'. The only thing I learned from ordering that product is how great mad hippie really is. I seriously think that other stuff may have been water and I was so so dissappointed I even spent the money to try something different. I've tried almost all of mad hippie product and they are AMAZING but my favorite has to be their vitmain C serum. The smoothness as anti aging that happens is real... And happens with just one use to see a difference. My second favorite product would be the face cream. I have also purchased the cream cleaner a few times when my face gets dry in the winter. I'm sorry for purchasing any different and now appreciate mad hippie so much more that a non-review writer insisted on writing a review :)

I love this Vitamin C serum. The price is unbeatable for what you get. I prefer it to SkinCeuticals CE + Ferulic because Mad Hippie doesn't use L-Ascorbic Acid as it's Vitamin C. For some reason the smell of L-Ascorbic Acid turns may stomach and has a very short shelf-life. The Mad Hippie formula works just as well, feels better going on because it has more slip and has produced the results that I expected of it. My skin's overall texture has improved, brown spots have faded and my complexion is brighter. As a skincare junky who has tried just about everything, I highly recommend it!

For the price, this vitamin C serum is not bad. I've used C serums from the big brand names (Skinceuticals, Cellex C etc), and find this to be equally good (and cheaper) even though I've only been using it for a few weeks.
This vitamin C serum is a whitish, thick serum -almost gel like. It spreads easily, provides some moisture and does not pill if you use sunscreen or makeup on top of it. I find it to not be as strong as the other vitamin C serums I've used in the past because this product does not sting, so it can even be used by those w/sensitive skin.

I have sun-damaged skin and have found this brings life and softness back to my face. It makes an immediate difference and has over time softened lines and made my skin more radiant. My only disappointment is that I thought it would help lighten some dark spots, but it hasn't at all. I guess I need industrial strength for that. Overall, great product.

I've been using this product for over 2 months and I don't see any difference in my skin. No brightening, no lightening. The price on Amazon was good but it's no Skinceuticals CE Ferulic.

I like the Mad Hippie packaging. But the Vitamin C serum is too average product for me. No plans to repurchase.
