Got these for my beginning climber daughter. I would say for a beginer street shoe size or 1/2 bigger. An opposing Velcro strap would be nice. Fast shipment, good price.

Excellent beginner shoe. Been climbing with these 4 times a week for two months now, and they've held up well. The heel helps with friction. Tend to run a little small on sizes, so, choose to your taste.

Received the shoes in the mail- Box had correct information on it- shoe inside was completely the wrong shoe- wrong color, lace not velcro, and wrong size. Perhaps if it had just been the color and the laces we could have kept it, but it was a full size and a half wrong. Poor checking Amazon.
