This is a fantastic book for anyone looking for both standard and interesting muffin recipes.
The recipes are given full colour photographs with very easy-to-follow step-by-step guidelines. There is even a section at the beginning actually showing each of the basic steps needed to bake muffins from scratch. With this book you can go from just ingredients to delicious mouth watering muffins in under an hour (including cooling time so you don't scorch you mouth!) with very little effort. The variety of recipes in this book is fantastic, with some very "out there" savoury ones that I probably will never try, but if you want to impress your friends, then go ahead! I would heartily recommend this book even to a relative cooking novice, you just have to follow the instructions. And for the price, you really can't beat it. |
