This is my favorite controller. I've had it for 4 years now, and it never broke. It's far better then either of my Sony controllers, or my Joytech one. It's the most comfortable one I've ever used, I don't have to strech my fingers to reach all the buttons like I do with some, nor are my fingers all cramped together around it.I'm about to pick up a new one, because after 4 years of perfect use my new puppy just recently chewed through the cord, and I just haven't been comfortable using any other. This is highly recommended

The original PS1 pads were great so much that PC gamepad makers began copying the layout. But they did have 2 flaws, the D-Pad was 4 diamond slivers of thumb-killing plastic (this also made it hard to press diagonals), and the Start and Selects were always too small and too close to the analog sticks. This pad has a better d-pad (cross on swiveling circle with CORNERS for diagonals) and the Start and Select are big, easy to push buttons. Plus this thing has programmable Turbo Fire. I recommend this for emulation gamers too! Just get a PS-to-USB adapter from Lik-Sang and find a program called Joy2Key. You'll be able to rig your pad to keyboard and even the mouse.Amazon.com, PLEASE restock this item!
