In just a short period of time, this has become my 3 yo granddaughters favorite doll...and she has a gazillion!!! She loves it so much that she takes it to bed with her and carries her around most of the day. I would highly recommend this doll to all "little mothers". Madame Alexander is a great name for collector dolls and I am really happy to see that they now have a baby doll line.

I purchased this Madame Alexander Baby doll for my granddaughters first birthday and I know that she will be thrilled with it. I also purchased several accessory items to go along with the doll so that she'll have many hours of interactive fun playing with it. It's a just the right size doll for a one year old with a soft body and vinyl face, hands and feet. She is well constructed with good coloring and gorgeous expressive eyes. Her outfit is well made also. A cutie for sure and a perfect first doll that I hope my granddaughter will treasure for a long time!

I purchased this doll for my 18 month old granddaughter who hasn't seen it yet. The doll is beautiful, with blue eyes that open & close. the body is softer than the American Girl Bitty Baby, and compares to it in quality. This is a really nice and well made product for the money.

I bought this for my youngest Grand daughter for Christmas. This doll is so pretty! It is a great doll for those younger children who are not responsible enough to take care of the more expensive Madame Alexander dolls. Still great quality of the more expensive dolls. I recommend this doll for your young ones!

My daughter who is 2yrs. loves this doll, and I love that it is beautiful and as close to non-toxic as you can get in these types of baby dolls. It doesn't have that horrible PVC smell that a lot of them do. My daughter also likes that the eyes close when baby goes to "sleep". Highly recommended!

Perfect for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She loves to cuddle her and feed her. Just the right size for her.

I know - I know - it has marbles for the eyes, but my granddaughter is not a "mouther" and she loves this baby doll. Although she's only 16 months old, she carries this doll everywhere, and it's a "must have" for naptime and bedtime. I really wanted her to have a Madame Alexander as her first real doll, and I was so excited when the doll was on sale about a week before Christmas. [...]

See how gorgeous this doll is in the picture? Now times it by ten once you open the package. So soft and plump and adorable. Only thing I didnt notice so well in the photos is she has three locks of painted on blonde(yellow) hair, top and sides. Could have done without that. Let me assure you though, I searched far and wide for a precious babydoll like this one, and am thoroughly pleased. More importantly my daughter adores her the most out of her hundreds of babydolls.

I just got each of my twins one of these dolls and they immediately abandoned all their other dolls. The eyes do open and close, the body under the clothes is flesh colored, not white cloth, and the clothes are well made. It's a pretty doll too, much more attractive than your run of the mill Wal-mart doll. We're getting two more for Christmas so each twin can have a set of twins!

Bought this doll for my granddaughter & my Great-niece loved it so much too that I bought her one for her B'Day! Wonderful doll, it has arms and legs that are vinyl from hands and feet to shoulders and hips, NOT just up to the wrist and ankles which looks horrible when the doll has a dress on. Perfect size for a first doll for a toddler to carry around and love.
