This is a must have if you collect Madame Alexander dolls. Especially if you are interested in acquiring vintage Alexanders. This is the most comprehensive price guide devoted to Madame Alexander dolls, and Linda Crowsey is definitely a recognized authority on the brand. While I own a good number of Alexander dolls dating back as far as the mid-1930s, I do not consider myself an exclusive Madame Alexander collector, I collect many of the popular mid-20th Century American doll brands. However, I buy this guide at least every other year to keep up with market values. It is a must have reference for anyone interested in Madame Alexander dolls.
