I started buying Madame Alexander dolls for my daughter, and I am now adding to her collection for my Granddaughter. The Dolls are well made, stand up to lots of play, and if you wish to just collect them, they are good for that purpose also.

This doll was purchased as new, however it was missing the dog and the basket. Big disappointment, plus the tissue surounding the doll was not pristine. This is the first time I have been disappointed in Amazon. However, Amazon sent out a new doll and I returned the old doll with missing parts once I called and explained what happened.
