If you enjoy reading biographies this is one I'd strongly recommend.
One of the things that I liked so much about this book is that you always see the affection and admiration, and it's so clear that it would be easy not to see that.
Mitford's meticulous research makes the book a creditable piece of history; her writing style makes it a much more than creditable piece of entertainment.
