Okay, so we'll start off with the Title Track and I have to say I much preferred the Bernie Hayes original. . . It's okay, but not a Whitlams classic. The reason why I think the Whitlams are so good is the raw emotion/feeling of their music. I thought the release of Love this city (the Album this song was taken from) was a step backwards from their previous albums due to the over mixing of songs. So why the five stars ? We have 3 live tracks which are tremendous ! Gough is the "feel good" song it's always been and that comes through in the performance. Charlie No. 3 you can extract the emotion from the performance which was put into the writing of it... The jewel in the crown for me is Blow up the pokies... worth the price of the single alone. . . Sounds fantastic. If you're a fan of the whitlams, I can't recommend this single enough.
