Stretch Records releases this original and refreshing album by the newest member of Chick Corea's origin, saxophonist Tim Garland steps out to make his debut for this label. This recording features not only one of the freshest saxophone voices in jazz, but also highlights the awe inspiring talents of an unusual and gifted composer.

With Garland are some extrordinary musicians - Geoff Keezer (piano), Avishal Cohen (acoustic bass), Jorge Rossy (drums), Gerard Presencer (flugal horn & trumpet), Joe Locke (vibes, five octave concert marimba & crostalles) and special guest Chick Corea (piano) on tracks two and eleven.

Highly recommend this collection of Garland penned musical portraits in homage to some of his personal heroes - which include Josephine Baker, Rosa Parks, Pablo Neruda and others. Mr. Garland blazes new and exciting musical trails, as his mesmerizing style takes you every step of the way down paths that are - "MADE BY WALKING!"
