This is worship that is honest and rooted in real life. The songwriting is top notch, as all of Joel's songs are. The production is great as well. Joel's other albums are worth checking out as well as his website. If you are a fan of Chris Tomlin, Rita Springer or Shane and Shane, you will love Joel Engle.

Joel Engle has a unique style of singing and presentation. It is worshipful, and filled with meditative music for your listening enjoyment. I heartily recommend his music, particularly this album

I purchased this CD after hearing one of the songs on the radio and deciding I really liked it. But it sounds like Joel Engle uses a drum machine and it's so very hard for me to get over this. I don't listen to it anymore because of this.
