A more professional version of the "Cook Help", this tool produces long strands of vegetables of various widths with just a smooth turn of the crank. The easy-to-maneuver crank allows room for larger/longer vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, radishes, etc. The adjustable blade plate comes with four different blades: fine, medium and coarse-toothed, and one flat- edged blade. Made of ABS nylon resin. Replacement blades available.

The product is fun and is easy to use. The vegetables turn out just like they look on the box. For the price of the machine, I would have thought that it would be able to do a wider variety of cuts.

Excellent tool for vegetable salads and garnishes. Perfect everytime and quick. Spend a little extra for this one and do not waste your time with the the Cooks Helper Slicer, (the vertical one) it sucks even though its the same concept. The Benriner Turning Slicer is the way to go.
