This DVD is well-organized into three days, 30 minutes a day. Each day Madeline focuses on three areas of the body, each one for 10 minutes completely and effectively. Her passion for fitness inspires confidence and the desire to succeed. I feel stronger and more fit just after a month, while respecting my body's needs.
