We once randomly bought some of this in a grocery store, and then spent quite a while trying to find it again. By a great stroke of luck we found it here at Amazon.
What we like about it is that we can add lots of great curry flavor without adding too much fire. We've observed that almost all other brands load up with cayenne pepper or some other inexpensive spice to make it seem that the curry is "strong" or "potent" at the expense of flavor. If we want more fire we'll just buy cayenne.
Anyway, this stuff is different. It gives you the freedom to dump in a bunch and then optionally tailor the fire to the tastebuds of you or your guests.
What we like about it is that we can add lots of great curry flavor without adding too much fire. Aromatic, fragrant, pungent, this spice brand makes a terrific curry. Seriously recommended. I have used it for years. It keeps, too. Great in egg salad, add a pinch to almost anything to boost flavor and have people ask, whats that special something in this dish? subtle if you wish, powerful if you please. And impossible to find.

My husband and I have been using this curry and it is the closest thing to the real deal that we can find. He is from India and we have visited there many times. It is like a taste of home to him.

contaminated
powder was moist to point that it would not shake out,lucky for me,as I had to open the large port and spoon some out.The mold smell was obvious when I did so.

Roasted rosted vegables.
A little salt & pepper olive oil & a couple Tbs. of this curry. roast for 20-25 min.'s at 400 degrees.Perfect !!!
