Breadline Press has published a collection of Prose and Poetry from writers and poets touched by the Pacific Coast. Dr. Laura, by Kathleen Hansen alone, makes the book worth purchasing. This story grabs you from the first few pithy descriptions and never lets you go! You laugh, you relate, you love 'Jillian', her commute, her heartache and her resolve. The images created by the words sometimes seemingly unrelated and random, often so quick and biting, ultimately end in the perfect location, and a bittersweet one at that. I just regret the Depends suggestion has come after so many long commutes...
