Product Description
This distinctive, slightly sweet chili sauce is ideal over chicken as well as seafood, vegetable dishes and as a dipping sauce for spring rolls & dim sum. It's a fairly thick sauce, and if you've ever purchased barbeque chicken from a vendor in Thailand, it was undoubtedly served with this sauce. No preservatives and no artificial coloring, all natural. Also see our sweet chili sauce for spring rolls. We also offer Mae Pranom brand which is the same sauce but a bit more spicy.

We first encountered this product at a take out place on Maui. Then we asked our Thai hostess in Tucson about the sauce and she gave us the Mae Ploy recommendation saying that they use it in their kitchen. It is addictive on Salmon, pasta, vegetables and more.

Been using Mae Ploy for years since a Filipino friend introduced us to it. It's great in and on lots of foods. We use it mostly on the egg rolls we get from Schwans since our friend is too far away to make us the awesome food we first tasted it on.

Although the product ingredients don't say it on the website, this product contains Xanthin Gum. It still tastes good, I just wanted people to know. Xanthin Gum is a laxative, so... Well, you know.
