5.0 out of 5 stars Adamantine Arrow (Mage: The Awakening), November 21, 2008

This review is from: Mage Adamantine Arrow (Mage the Awakening) (Hardcover)
For those players of White Wolf's Mage: The Awakening comes The Adamantine Arrow, the aggressive fighting mages. The book has the typical origin, organization and types of mages found in the Order, which not every player or Storyteller will care for, but I always enjoy fluff (things that add details to the Order, world, story or whatever without needing rules). Also included are new spells, Legacies, items (the Portable Window is really nice), tactics using magic and how to use it effectively in combat, as well as character stereotypes, antagonists, cults within cabals and more. If you like mages who aren't afraid to dish it out and take it, then The Adamantine Arrow is for you.
