I purchased the pouch & the carring case shortly after. I own more than one car and have four family menbers that are always on the go.The case holds the GPS, mount and all the different cables.The foam insert holds the GPS while still in the pouch or without.The velcro staps hold the mount & the ac cord.This way when you are looking for it,everthing is in one place.The case is made well and very plain looking on the outside,so not to draw any attention.

This case is so handy, and so essential, that it would be silly not to buy one for the well being of your Magellan. Considering the price of the Roadmate 800, which now lives in this thing when not on the road, the manufacturer would gain many points and loose very few bucks if this came with your GPS purchase. This is where you keep your ac charger, usb cable and warranty papers, manuals, etc., so you know where there are when you need them. Extra credit for including different size foam inserts to accommodate different size GPS's. Anyhow, for 30 bucks, and free shipping, just get it.

It is a bit larger than I expected it to be ((10x12x3") but can be useful to tote around accessories (cables, dash mount, recharger, etc). You could get a cosmetic or toiletries case at Target for a lot less that would do the same.

Very nicely constructed -- durable and light. However, if you're looking for something that has pre-formed foam placements for your Magellan GPS, you won't find it here. The case comes with two oblong foam inserts that come close to fitting the Roadmate form factor, but obviously were not made with that intent. There are also velcro straps that you can use to secure the foam inserts. To make this fit my Roadmate 2200, I had to add additional foam inserts and cut out sections of the supplied inserts.

I only gave it 3 stars because the case was too soft (not enough padding) other than that i would have gave it 5 stars.

Not the expected case w/dividers. Nothing special that I could not find in my local DVD or CD carring case department store. I felt it was overpriced for what i recieved. Guess i'll keep it and say lesson learned.

Works perfect. I can also store other things on the inside of the case I never have to worry about it getting stolen because I take the gps unit out of my car at night. Auto Insurance will not cover the unit if it is stolen from your car. Don't hesitate to buy it.

Purchased this bag shortly after buying my Roadmate 300. Everything fits in bag(power supply, GPS,USB cable, Mount and more.)Slim enough to fit under car seat. Perfect for protecting your investment.

A very useful product. It allows me to have all of my GPS accessories organized
in one convenient padded case so I can just grab it and go. It would be helpful if
if it were a little larger to hold more items.

I bought the carrycase for my mom after purchasing the roadmate 760. She loves it as it stores her gps and all accessories. If your buying the system get the carrycase. Its worth it.
