My car adapter for Magellan Roadmate 2000 quit working. It was miserable resorting back to road maps. Amazon to the rescue. The right product at a good price shipped quick. My Navigator is working like a charm again--so good to hear my Magellan girl's voice!

It is said, 'Keep your powder dry!' when talking about rifles and guns. The same can be said of your GPS power adapter. Keep it dry and protected from the weather. I didn't and needed a replacement when mine stopped working.
This adapter is a genuine Magellan replacement item for use with their Crossover GPS. It is available on the Magellan website for considerably more than the price here... Duh...

I needed a replacement car adapter for my magellan GPS. I went to the Magellan website and found the item I needed. I then saw that I could order it from Amazon from a reseller. I checked a few dealers and found a New Hampshire dealer who had the adapter for half of what Magellan wanted at their website. I received the item within a week in perfect condition. I am happy with the adapter and also the great price I was able to buy it for. I would endorse the New Hampshire company and would buy again from them in the future. Great service and good prices are often hard to find via the internet.

This item is a perfect match for the original one that came with my Magellan GPS Unit. It is a ginuine Magellan product.

The Magellen CrossOver comes with one in the box, so you don't need it unless you want to leave it in a second car.

Well, looks like GPS stop working, but the size is a little small. It is loosing a bit. wasn't able to test it.

It worked great no problems so far. Had no problem finding it at Amazon.com. Use Amazon you can find most amything.

The product works properly without a problem. The original equipment had a spiral chord, this item does not.

This product worked very well. The power adapter that came with the GPS had a twist to it which I think may have weakened it. This one does not have the twist to it and I hope that it lasts much longer.

It seems to be fine, it works, I really have not used it as much as I normally use my gps, but when I am able to get out of the office, I will see if it holds up to keeping my gps going. I am sure it is going to do a great job.
