Prior to using your new Wireless Back-up Camera, with the RM9055 series or the RM1700 series, be sure to update the software on your Magellan RoadMate GPS navigator to version 4.82 (or later). By doing so you also take advantage of these great features:Improved Routing Performance

Automatically switches from navigation mode to back-up mode
