I don't wear it with ear plugs so a little water still gets into my ears, but hardly any. Before I started wearing this I was getting swimmers ear every other week from my work outs. Haven't had swimmer's ear since I got the EAR BAND-IT

I would like to see this product have some sort of attached ear plug/cover but it does work well with ear plugs in. Does what it says.
