Maggie and her friends deal with fears and have fun dressing up. This is a fun choice for Halloween - and for kids who are afraid of monsters and things that go bump in the night.

I have five year old twins and a three year old. They used to watch Maggie when it cam on Nick Jr. Then it was cancelled and the other day my daughter told me she missed Maggie so I ordered this one. This DVD had episodes my kids had not seen, and a few they had. So far it has been viewed seven times! As a parent, I appreciate the emphasis on imagination, and the innocence of the social situations/ choices the characters find themselves in. Another bonus: The stories are gender neutral. My kids often fight about whose turn it is to watch a "girl show" or a "boy show", and this can't be said to be either. What a relief!

Both my 3 and 6 year old have loved this show for 2 years now. Nick Jr. has slowly cut down it's play times...to now none at all. So I purchased several DVD's so we can keep up with the show requests!

I think all the Max and Ruby plus Maggie and the Beast DVD's are fantastic--also Little Bear--my grandson enjoys them all!
