A story ahead of its time- great read!
I love the lilt of the language in Stephen Crane's writing. This was a great read and amazingly ahead of it's time, though very sad story. I only wish it could have been longer. It's a shame Stephen Crane's only lived long enough to publish two novels.

Misprinted
I got most of the way through this book and then found that near the end, some random paragraphs that seem to be copy and pasted from another part in the book are inserted. It's very strange and very wrong.
