very funny and much more entering than the tv show. I wish it was a bit longer than that, but it is a cartoon worth watching over and over again. a must see!

For all Maggie Simpson fans, this somewhat surreal five-minute send-up of modern daycare facilities is well worth catching. Without any dialogue in this cartoon, the plot has mother Marge leaving little Maggie at an Ayn Rand-inspired daycare facility where the youngest Simpson meets a mean-spirited nemesis who enjoys crushing butterflies. The cartoon goes by fast as the two pint-sized adversaries clash over a new butterfly. The ending will make anyone smile, as the cartoon goes by fast.

Although the video quality was sluggish at times, I thought it was worth $1.99. Appropriate for ages 4 and up.

Rating: 8.5/10 (the overall picture quality was not the best).

Got to finally see this short after I noticed it was nominated for the Oscar. I must say this should have won! Was really enjoyable and just brought me back to original animation days of music and great animation. I would recommend it for anybody looking for a little piece of entertainment.

Cute. Not the most toddler friendly but it keeps his attention. His granddad is a big Simpson fan so I got it for them to watch together...for 5 whole minutes. But hey, it keeps tv time limited :)

This was a cute little short film. Why it hasn't been included on one of the DVD seasons is baffling.

I thought it was cute. Not a big fan of the Simpsons, but this was okay. I am glad I rented it.

What a wonderful treat the Longest Daycare is. We are used the smart alec antics of Bart and the mind numbing rants of Homer. But Silverman captured a sweet, playful tenderness in this witty, at times rollicking short where Maggie attempts to save a butterfly. What is best about this movie is that it is wordless and Silverman relies on his talent as an expressive artist (and great music) to carry the emotional parts of this short. Bravo!

it was okay but due to it being so short i think it does not deserve a higher rating. i want to be laughing for a while not 5 min.

Even at their worst, the Simpsons can never go wrong. This is not them at their worst. The actual short film was good, the streaming on the other hand was questionable.
