I love soap nuts, but I love the new soap nut liquid from Maggie's even more. So easy to use, so pure and so clean. I have purchased both the quarts and half gallons. The quarts for friends and the halves for me. It goes a lot further than the bottle says. I use half the amount called for in the laundry, but now I use it for the dogs, the horse blankets, the car and even every morning in the shower. It is the cleanest I have ever been, The lavender aroma is beautiful but only a really clean smell is left after the dryer cycle.

The liquid is ok - easy to use...but I prefer the actual half shell
nuts... messier but they go a long way.

I LOVE that this stuff is all natural and has a nice very light scent from essential oils- no perfumes or harsh/toxic chemicals. It doesn't do great on stains, but it gets my clothes clean and fresh smelling even after a LOT of sweat! I use it for all my laundry!

We have been using Maggie's Soap Nuts for over four months now and am completely satisfied by how clean our clothes have become. I love how our clothes keep getting softer and softer. My wife loves using Maggie's Soap Nuts for all of our baby's re-usable diapers, blankets, sheets and especially pajamas. Personally I was amazed when I would put on my clothes and discover that there was no smell left over from the washing. Before we switched to Maggie's Soap Nuts we would normally use the scented detergents like Seventh Generation or the other equivalent products and those would leave our clothes stinking with perfumes. Even our sheets and blankets smelled so perfumed we could hardly stand to sleep in them. We are very happy with Maggie's Soap Nuts.

Also, I have to say I learned I had a mild skin allergy to the detergents we used to use. My skin allergy really flared up when using detergents like Tide, Seventh Generation, and some others we'd normally buy in stores. Doing very little research online, I found out all the major brands would put in all sorts of harmful chemicals know to be toxic to humans! We'll NEVER go back to using those products. Especially for our baby. Knowledge is power!

Regarding Maggie's Soap Nuts: We've really come to trust this company and the products they put out. We began using their Soap Nuts, which we're very unique and surprisingly effective, and their liquid detergent we've been using is perfect for us. Maggie's always ships our orders right away and we get special discounts on occasion for being a repeat customer. They have the best natural detergent out there. Similar products are out there now but we've found the product that works for us, Maggie's Soap Nuts!

This product works great on all types of fabric, and it does not result in soap scum build up in my washing machine.
