I just got this burner tonight and tried it out for the first time. I burned 10 songs in a minute and a half. So far this burner is great.

I was really excited the day I got this burner, but I wasn't expected so many problems for so many hours. It's probably a compatibility issue with Windows XP, but why is this the case if it's a new product? The company has no helpful troubleshooting documents or services, the software they give you is unnecessary, and I'm just getting madder and madder just thinking about how long it took to figure out it wasn't going to work! Don't buy it if you have Windows XP.

I would definitely recommend this CD-RW external USB drive to everyone. The product is so easy to install. Using the device is easy to use.

This is a great drive. I purchased it to use with a Dell Mini v10. I loaded the software, attached the USB cable and power cord. Installation was flawless. I then proceeded to load software I wanted on the laptop, it installed like a charm! Highly recommend this product.

Wow, you know those headaches you get when a product is so poor, and then you have to go through the hassle of sending it back? First of all, I opened the box and found that the manufacturer had forgotten to include the power cables and USB cable as promised. Using my own compatible cables, I hooked up the drive, and then the pain began. The drive made my computer hang every time I put in a disc. An absolutely disastrous product. I have Windows XP as well, but I don't think that's the problem. The computer recognized the drive, but everything stopped once I put a disc in. And the instructions that come with the drive look like they were mimeographed 30 years ago. My drive doesn't even look like the one illustrated in the directions. Terrible.

i could'not use it in my computer. i lost the money, $50.00. can i receive help to sell it.

and i was very happy with it brand new all the sofeware and hardware and fast so with that i will buy again

my d drive on the laptop went out and this product same my mind it works very well and is small enough to just slide away in a drawer.

This is a very poor product and the software that came with it is terrible. I returned the drive to the seller. There was nothing consistant about it.
