Before I ordered this product, I was searching for "Stainless Steel Magic" which is the name of the product that I used before. I was disappointed to discover that Homax Magic Stainless Steel Polish was sent to me. The product is ok, but not what I had expected.

We have tried three or four different stainless steel cleaning products and this one is by far the best. Our entire kitchen is stainless steel, so we go through quite a lot of it. Its affordable and continues to impress us time and time again.

It cleans stainless without streaking... it takes care of fingerprints, grease and spills in no time. I haven't found any mess on my stainless appliances yet that Stainless Steel Magic won't take care of.

Homax SS64 13oz Stainless Steel Magic WAS a great product. It was easy to use and never streaked. Now the formula has apparently changed. When you order ss64 13oz. in the yellow topped can, you get its newer 17oz product instead. The new formula is the worst! It streaks like crazy. You would be better off using water!! This product should be banned from the market, as the first thing it claims is that it has a streak-free formula. Amazon should consider changing the image that it shows of the product, since the yellow topped can is no longer being made and the product is not the same.

I was very disapointed about the claims that this product would remove scratches from our stainless steel refridgerator, while it does a nice job removing finger prints that is all it really does.

This seems to work quite well for cleaning my stainless appliances with minimal streaking. There seems to be a learning curve on getting these products to work without the streaks. At first I was getting some streaking but it seems if I saturate the cloth a bit more it works better. I also found working in small circles rather than up and down works better. I use microfiber cleaning cloths which I think also helps. All in all, my appliances look nice and shiny and this is the best I've found so far and the spray makes it easy to apply.
