About the Author
Mrs. De Spain is eminently qualified to compile this cookbook. Shehas been a toxicologist and a pharmacologist for the Food and DrugAdministration. She was a histologist specializing in diet research at theUniversity Chicago and she has conducted animal research at the University ofPennsylvania. She has taught at the John Robert Powers School of Modeling andCharm, has had her own television cooking show, and now teaches a series of herown courses in Nutrition, Creative Organic Cooking, and Total Care for Self andFamily. She is also the author of The Little Cyanide Cookbook, DeliciousRecipes Rich in Vitamin B17.
