This disc compiles tracks up to their 1998 album "Landmarks". The material selected displays the band's versatility, but also showcases many of their most famous tracks.

I find that most Clannad albums are uneven: usually charming, but the arrangements are sometimes a bit "empty". This disc is a great introduction to some of the group's most accessible songs.

Calling it a "greatest hits" could be pushing it, but the celtic inspiration makes for soothing and magical moments: truly enjoyable.
