I have been going to Maui since I was a child, and I love the Island cuisine. I use this book for the great recipes, the magic maui sauce alone is worth the price, I have used it on fish, hamburgers, and tofu. Lots of great island inspired main dishes, desserts, and side dishes. They are mostly healthy and always flavorful. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to add a little aloha spirit to their day.
