Magic & Mayhem,

This review is from: Magic and Mayhem (CD-ROM)
Magic and Mayhem is a very good and challenging game. It is an RPG strategy game with an abnormal combat system. You play as a wizard who is trying to overthrow an evil overlord. You control this wizard like you would a unit in, say, StarCraft, (i.e. strategy game.) However, your wizard can learn spells including ones that can summon new creatures for you. THis is a very well done innonative game that requires some time. There are often levels where you will be stuck and may get frustrated for a while. However, chances are, when you beat the level, you will get an object that can be used to create new spells.

This is one of the best real time games ever made. There is a really good review on Home of the Underdogs, and a link to CD-ROM Access which offers it new for $14.95, so don't be ripped off by people asking huge prices for an older game.
