We have really enjoyed other Magic School Bus Science Kits but this one is a bust. The explanations are too technical for the intended audience (5-7) and most of the experiments are done with items from your home, not from the kit. The water-absorbing polymers are interesting for a few minutes but don't pack a ton of educational value. Skip this kit and check out the human body or the germ kit instead.

My granddaughter loved this kit. Lots of fun educational information about slime and polymers. It is a kit she will be able to use for many years to come since the polymers can be reused once they dry out. The rainbow beads and the snow were an a lot of fun. Just like the other kits in this series, it is a great buy. Lots of components and a fun colorful manual with instructions given by the characters of The Magic School Bus.
