3.0 out of 5 stars Not a favorite, but okay August 29, 2013
Format:Hardcover|Verified Purchase
My seven year old girl finished this quickly after receiving and didn't have much commentary on it. She said it was just okay compared to some of the other Magic Tree House books she has read. I think these are often dependent on the reader's interest in the time period or subject covered. Some have more sweeping plot lines than others. I think this one just wasn't very interesting to her. She did, however, enjoy the companion book "Magic Tricks from the Tree House."
